Pre-Purchase Building Inspections are carried out by Mr. Simon
Wonnacott, an independent experienced Qualified Engineer. Simon is a
member of both the Institute of Engineers, Australia and the Building
Services Authority.

Australian Standard AS4349.1 – 2007 sets out
recommendations for the visual inspection of residential buildings,
including pre-purchase inspections and for the preparation of property
inspection reports.
Our services exceed the basic requirements of AS4349.1 for a standard
property report in that each report contains detailed photographic
evidence of the faults found with descriptive comments set out in
layman's terms for ease of understanding. We do not believe in “tick
& flick” reports.
Pre-purchase inspections are our core business. We do not do them as a
“side line” or “part-time” business. We pride ourselves in our friendly
and efficient service with reports sent via e-mail the next day if time
is short. |
